This is the bucket that dropped down water. Christopher was scared to death of it and would scream and run every time he heard the bells, but with daddy holding him, he thought it wasn't so bad!

This weekend we went up to Bridges Bay in Okoboji to celebrate Christopher's 2nd birthday. He had a ball! Most of the water is less than 1 foot deep, so he crawled around pretending he was swimming. He usually had to wear his goggles too, and got really mad if we tried to adjust them since they kept falling down and pulling at his eyes funny. He was really scared of the bucket that dropped water over the one part, but by the time we left, he got used to it and thought it was fun, as long as daddy was there with him! We also did a lot of floating on the lazy river with us, but for some reason he thought he needed to swim in that water. Since it was 3 foot deep in parts, we decided that wasn't a good idea! We hope to go again since Christopher had so much fun!
