So I tried a video here of Christopher hitting the ball across the yard, but only part of it worked so you couldn't see him hit it. We'll try another way!
What can I say, this kid LOVES to golf! Ryan has now cut down one of his old clubs and put a new grip on it so it's more Christopher sized. Christopher has gotten really good at hitting the ball all over the yard. He's hitting it even further now than he did on this video a few days ago. Won't be long and he'll be out there on the course golfing a full game! We took him along yesterday with some friends of ours and their daughter and the kids of course had a lot of fun. He could hit that ball from one edge of the green to the other. If he only wasn't so destructive with that club, we'd let him hit on the green, but it seems to cause too many divots!
We also have started moving Pete into his new room. He slept there last night and took 2 naps there already. He's not a big fan yet of going to sleep there, but once he's sleeping he seems to do alright. Hopefully the furniture for it will get here before the baby comes...sounds like it's going to be at least 6 weeks yet and considering the baby is due in about 10...it should all work out!
We're looking forward to a quiet 4th of July and I'm sure we'll be out golfing, but hopefully we will get some swimming in with Pete too considering how much he loves it out there!
