Pete has been quite the creative child this week. He has a new obsession for drawing all over the walls. The other night he found a marker upstairs while we were downstairs and started drawing in the bedroom, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, and stairway. Amazingly he could remember every mark and pointed them all out to us with great accuracy (even the tiny ones in the stairwell we would have never seen). Needless to say, he has very much learned how to use a magic eraser. Sad thing is he still thinks it's a game because you can't really tell him he was too naughty until he has uncovered all the evidence and by that time you're amazed at his memory and daddy is of course laughing.
Christopher has also been doing plenty of golfing in the house. Thank goodness for soft nerf like golf balls he hits all over at everything with good accuracy! Between golfing and cooking, he spent a nice weekend in the house on Saturday afternoon and Sunday while we waited out the last snowstorm. Hopefully this is all over now, but at least the 6" or so we got is already melting quite nicely and the grass is really green underneath.
