Pete found Ryan's old track uniform from NWC this past week and had to put it on..."it has Nike on it!"

Caitlyn is definitely learning how to get what she wants...she puts out her hand and opens and "grabs" at the air toward what she wants until she gets it. Ryan had to give her this mail flyer the other day.

This has been a sick week at our house. Christopher started coughing on Sunday and Caitlyn started with a cold on Monday that turned into a fever and eventually went to her lungs. She had a really rough night on Wednesday night so week took her in Thursday to the doctor and got her a shot of steriods. It made a huge difference and she started eating better and breathing better in just a few hours. Yes, we're assuming she had RSV. Today she is doing pretty good...squeeling and happy and playing. She's still congested some and both kids are still coughing. Christopher did much better and was back to himself by Wednesday and never really ran a fever with it. Needless to say Ryan and I took turns taking care of the kids all week...him most mornings, and me most afternoons. I'm hoping next week is much better.

We're all getting ready for another blizzard. Ryan has a game tonight and two next week and then he's done, unless of course this one gets cancelled tonight and he then has 3 next week.

Pete is getting really excited for his birthday...the other night in bed he wouldn't lay still and he told me that he was too excited for his birthday. Oh to turn 3 again and everything is so much fun! We also frosted cupcakes with sprinkles for valentine's day this morning. Christopher loved that. He also had fun picking out a Valentine's day present with me for his daddy this morning. we had to go to Bomgaars and get trucks for him with a bin...one for Pete and one for Daddy so they could farm together.

Caitlyn is re-learning to roll right now, with being sick this week she didn't get much practice and kinda lost it, I'm sure she'll get it back soon enough. She is doing very good with sitting though and will sit a few seconds at a time by herself already.
