Rainy day

Christopher was so excited this past week when it was raining out and he got to wear his raincoat and boots. He went right back to his closet and pointed to the umbrella saying "um um" Once we said, do you want your umbrella he said yes and changed it to "um-la" Close, right? We had to hang on to him outside because the winds were pretty strong and almost carried him and his umla away!

Another hat, Christopher decided this paper plate would make a good one and thought he was so neat! He even got it to stay on when he took a drink!

This past week was a very busy one for us. Most of the week Christopher and I were sick with bad colds, probably swine flu, right?! Christopher ended up staying home on Thursday and Friday all day because he had a fever. He was pretty much better by Saturday, and then back to normal on Sunday. My cold is finally doing much better too after a big weekend of resting with Christopher.

We also had our 2nd ultrasound on Thursday, and hopefully I will get some pictures up later. The baby is VERY active and did a complete flip while we were doing the ultrasound. We also watched the baby suck its thumb and wave its arms and legs all around. I definitely feel the baby moving around, but I'm pretty sure that by the end of the summer I may feel like I am a human trampoline. Everything on the ultrasound looks good and the baby weighs 12 oz and probably is about 10 or 11 inches long. No, we don't know if it's a boy or girl, we'll all find out in September!
