Swinging away!

This has been a bit of a busy week. The week started out with Ryan making a quick trip to Davenport for meetings. He had quite the experience driving home from through Cedar Rapids as the Interstate was just opened that morning. He said there was a lot of water right up to the white line on the interstate, so they had cones to keep you out of that area! It took him almost an hour just to get through Cedar Rapids, but the rest of the trip went much more smoothly. Christopher also started out the week with a fever, and he had another one all weekend. Seems to be teething (he now has 2 front teeth on the bottom, and 1 molar...that's all on bottom, but 4 front teeth and 2 molars on top!). Tonight he is doing a little better, we'll see how tomorrow goes. Good news, no ear infection or tonsillitis or anything else. Just a crazy fever and a bit of a cold.

Friday night Christopher got his swing set from the neighbor's house. Trevor, their son, though Christopher needed it more than they did anymore, so we got a good deal on it. Trevor is Christopher's big buddy at church as he follows Christopher all over and they have lots of fun together! So far, we've only spent a little time on it, but I'm sure Christopher will have a lot of fun on it this summer!
