5 months old!

yep, his hat is always crooked like that!
At the Farmall Promenade today...Christopher loved watching those tractors (much more than riding with Dad on his!)

It's hard to believe, but Christopher turned 5 months old today. We had a very busy weekend! From parades and a backyard barbeque in Sioux Falls to Ragbrai and Farmall Promenade, it was jammed packed with activites. By the time everything was finished late this afternoon, we were all so tired that we slept for 2 hours.

He is getting bigger and doing much more everyday. He continues to roll and loves to play on his tummy. He will scoot all over his gym on his tummy, more out of fussiness cause he can't figure out how to roll back again very well, and he hasn't quite got that army crawl figured out yet. He loves to squeel, especially when he is grabbing at his dad's hat! He can get pretty noisy! The other night at the restaurant people would look at us because he was squeeling so much, and then laugh because he was so happy and laughing! He's still very happy all the time (which probably is the reason that we were able to be so busy this weekend)! He talks and talks and talks to himself and us, especially when he's tired and trying not to go to sleep! We keep hearing more and more sounds coming out...I can hear ma ma ma, but the da da da noise hasn't quite come yet. He also likes to roll up his tongue and stick it out at you now too.

Next weekend we pack up for Chicagoland...should be an interesting car ride! We'll update when we get back the following week!
