3 Months Old!

Today Christopher is 3 months old! And, yes, this picture does make his hair look a very different color, I think it's the yellow behind him. He's been qutie busy with new activities these past few weeks! He now loves to stand up and will even take up to 10 steps at a time when you hold onto him. He also is working on sitting and gets pretty close to sitting on his own for short periods of time! He has been working on the rolling thing too, but gets a little mad before he gets too far. He also has been much more active with his hands and will try to copy you if you point to something (like your nose) or bring fingers together or move your fingers around. He's trying to hold onto things too, like his bottle. He now likes to hug his spit rag as if it were a blankie to sleep with. He also been much more vocal and loves to copy what you are saying, especially if you coo or make sounds that are easy for him. And, one of the best new accomplishments, he now sleeps 8 hours at a time at night! As you can tell, we are pretty proud and think he is just the smartest boy ever, as I am sure all new parents are. We've been busy capturing things on video lately when we're not too busy playing!
